Privacy policy

This policy describes which personal data REEA processes when you visit this website or send an enquiry. It follows the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Visiting the website

When you open the website, the hosting provider processes technically necessary data: IP address, date and time, requested page, browser and operating system. This serves secure operation and error correction. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure and stable operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

The website sets no cookies, uses no advertising services and loads fonts from its own servers. No data is passed to advertising networks.

For anonymous audience measurement we use Pirsch Analytics by Emvi Software GmbH, Germany. Pirsch sets no cookies and stores no personal data: a value that changes daily is derived from the IP address, browser and date and cannot be traced back to you. The data is processed on servers in Germany. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in designing the website to meet visitors' needs (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3. Hosting

The website is delivered through Cloudflare, Inc. (USA), with processing in data centres in several countries. Cloudflare processes the data from section 2 on our behalf. Standard contractual clauses apply to transfers to countries without a recognised adequate level of data protection.

4. Integration Check and enquiries

When you submit the form, we process the details you enter: name, email address, message and, optionally, systems, preferred date and time of day. We use them to answer your enquiry and to arrange an appointment. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box in the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), and the preparation of a contract (point b). You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future. We delete your details once the enquiry is closed and no statutory retention duty applies.

5. Protection against misuse

To protect the form against automated requests we use Cloudflare Turnstile. Technical details about your browser and your IP address are sent to Cloudflare for this purpose. No cookies are set for it.

6. Disclosure

Data is passed on only to the service providers named here, who act on our behalf, or where the law requires it. Data is not sold.

7. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. Write to contact@reea.swiss. You can also contact the supervisory authority, in Switzerland the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

8. Changes

We update this policy when the website or the legal situation changes. The version published at the time applies.
